- Own and deliver small-to-medium HR digitalization projects—from scoping and planning through execution and closure. These may include building employee journeys, automating workflows, or deploying self-service tools that reduce manual work and enhance user experience.
- Take an active role in projects related to Payroll Integration, Time & Labour, Benefit Automation, and Pay Element configuration. You will ensure that process changes are well-documented, tested, and embedded into our HR systems in collaboration with HR and IT/IS (mainly HRIS).
- Drive the design, testing, and deployment of digital self-service experiences across the employee lifecycle. You’ll ensure workflows are intuitive, reduce manual touchpoints, and deliver value to both HR teams and end users.
- Act as a central point of contact across HR, IT/IS (mainly HRIS), Payroll, Privacy, and vendors to gather requirements, align timelines, and ensure execution. You will lead coordination efforts to remove blockers and deliver projects on schedule.
- Lead structured data initiatives such as mass org changes, access reviews, and audit clean-ups. You will manage the preparation and validation of data, ensuring updates follow governance rules and system design standards.
- Take ownership of specific system components within platforms such as Oracle HCM, ATS, document management, and e-signature solutions. You’ll contribute to system roadmaps, manage testing cycles, and support release planning for new functionalities.
- Explore and experiment with emerging technologies—including AI assistants, workflow automation, and predictive tools. You’ll help identify opportunities to modernize HR service delivery and enhance user experience.
- Prepare stakeholder updates, facilitate decision-making, and maintain well-structured documentation including project plans, SOPs, FAQs, and test scripts. You’ll help ensure alignment across teams and successful adoption of new solutions.
- Operate with a project management mindset—owning deliverables, managing risks, tracking progress, and ensuring goals are achieved. You’ll work independently while collaborating effectively across diverse teams.
- Around 5 years of experience in HR systems and digital transformation, with a strong focus on hands-on automation and process digitalization across the employee lifecycle.
- Proven ability to lead and deliver HR technology projects—including Payroll Integration, Time & Labour, Benefit Automation, and Pay Element configuration—from requirements gathering to implementation and user adoption.
- Comfortable designing and rolling out self-service workflows, HR journeys, and scalable digital solutions that reduce manual work and improve user experience.
- Strong working knowledge of HR systems such as Oracle HCM, SuccessFactors, Workday, or SAP—particularly in Core HR, Org Management, and Position Management modules.
- Skilled in managing structured data updates (e.g., mass uploads, org restructures, access reviews), using Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables) and HRIS import tools.
- Experienced in coordinating across HR, IT/IS (mainly HRIS), Payroll, Privacy, and vendors to align timelines, resolve issues, and deliver outcomes.
- Solid understanding of how HR data flows across connected systems (e.g., HRIS ↔ payroll, ATS, document systems), ensuring accuracy and integration readiness.
- Familiar with project and issue management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or ServiceNow.
- Excellent documentation skills—able to produce clear SOPs, user guides, test cases, and project updates for diverse audiences.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with a mindset for continuous improvement, innovation, and trying new tools (including interest in AI and automation).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- Experience supporting or managing projects during mergers, acquisitions, or major HR system implementations.
- Understanding of data privacy regulations, HR compliance frameworks, and secure data practices.
- Exposure to RFP processes, vendor selection, or contract coordination for HR tools and platforms.
- Interest in emerging HR tech solutions including AI assistants, chatbots, and low-code/no-code tools for workflow design.
- University degree or equivalent experience* Formal project management training and certification - PMP desired but not mandatory
