- Design, implement, and maintain security roles, responsibilities, and access controls across Oracle Fusion modules (Financials, HCM, SCM).
- Manage the user lifecycle, including user provisioning, modifications, and de-provisioning.
- Perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and resolve role conflicts to ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
- Work closely with business process owners and IT teams to gather security requirements and translate them into technical configurations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve access-related issues (user lockouts, incorrect permissions, role conflicts).
- Conduct periodic access reviews and initiate access certifications to maintain appropriate authorization levels.
- Maintain clear, comprehensive documentation for security processes, configurations, and policies.
- Support testing of patches, upgrades, and new releases affecting security.
- Use Oracle Risk Management Cloud to configure advanced controls (notifications, perspectives, model controls, results, and state management).
- Submit and manage tickets with Oracle via the Oracle Support Portal when needed.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing reports and ensuring compliance.
- Lead and advise on changes to the ERP system that may directly or indirectly impact security.
- Experience of administering an Oracle Fusion Applications security 3-5 years’ experience.
- Experience with role design, user provisioning, and SoD analysis tools.
- Understanding of compliance standards such as SOX, GDPR.
- Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into functional role designs.
- Experience with identity,access and risk management tools like Oracle Identity Manager and Oracle Risk Management Cloud.
- Scripting or automation skills for managing security tasks efficiently.
- Excellent client facing skills and ability to liaise with clients at all levels.
