- Responsibility for the technical condition of the machines on the project
- FTA of new production equipment on new project
- Repair and maintenance of assembly lines and robots
- Ensuring delivery and replacement of spare parts for machines on the project
- Managing and charging spare parts to the customer
- Optimization of technological processes
- Recording service interventions in the MES
- Collaboration on the service intervention plan
- Supporting external service technicians
- Validation parts management
- Management of camera systems
- Management, backup, recovery of control software + fault diagnostics
- Monitoring OEE on equipment and improving it, reporting to management and customer
- Monitoring of defects, cooperation on finding corrective measures
- Production data analysis and evaluation
- Resolving customer complaints (in cooperation with the relevant quality department)
- Creating and updating manuals, internal and external documentation
- Managing technical documentation for production equipment
- High school diploma in a technical field (2 years' experience with assembly lines)
- Knowledge of automation, pneumatics, hydraulics, mechatronics, sensors
- Knowledge in the field of production testing and patterning an advantage experience in validation of assembly machines and equipment an advantage
