- Identify and develop relationships with key channel partners.
- Design and implement effective sales strategies tailored to local markets.
- Discover new business opportunities within your territory.
- Become a trusted expert on Johnson Controls’ YORK product portfolio and communicate its value clearly.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and adjust strategies to meet targets.
- Support and train partners to ensure mutual success.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
- Native Czech or Slovak speaker with working knowledge of English – you’ll use English in internal communication and reporting.
- Solid technical background
- Previous experience in channel or direct sales in HVAC-related field.
- Familiarity with HVAC product selection and offer preparation
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel across the region.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
