- Advanced contributor in all conventional aspects of defining user requirements, testing, and implementing IT business solutions in ELN.
- Understanding system requirements, discussing business process / proposals / implementation issues / data security / data integrity / compliance to application guidelines, etc.
- Documenting the changes and new developments as per the documentation standards.
- Compliance with GxP Guidelines, Good Documentation practices & activities.
- Provides technical support to business groups through the use of troubleshooting procedures and testing.
- Expertise in Pharma Laboratory Application Systems - User Management, Backup/Restore processes, Data Integrity Controls as per GxP Compliance
- Experience with ELN or LIMS system IT administration in a pharmaceutical industry – strong advantage
- Experience in IT support - advantage
- Experience in software validations - advantage
- Experience implementing and supporting functional processes and technical design in a pharmaceutical environment.
- Knowledge of GAMP5 and regulatory guidelines such as 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, etc.
- OS: Windows
- Basic knowledge of LAN / WAN
- Basic knowledge of Servers / Switches / Routers
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Exposure to File Server/Network Shared Drives/Shared Multifunction Devices
- Excellent communications skills (oral and written) in Englisht
- Communication & Documentation preparation skills
- Ability to adapt to new requirements/systems
- Co-ordination skills required to work with Global & Local colleagues from IT, Business and Quality
- Analytical skills
