Seeking a balanced team across the company we welcome applications from all qualified candidates with various educational and industry experiences, cultural or ethical backgrounds, and different life experiences or abilities, regardless of their religious or philosophical beliefs or whomever they choose to love.Marketing CoordinatorCurrently, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Marketing Coordinator, located in Sofia, to join our highly motivated and inspired team in Zentiva.As Marketing Coordinator, you will undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the Marketing department’s activities, as well as digital activation responsibilities. You will support marketing executives (marketing team) in organizing various projects (e.g. events, promotional materials, campaigns). The responsibilities include assisting in organizing campaigns and developing marketing strategies. The role is a critical factor for the smooth operation of the Marketing department and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of Zentiva.What would be your main responsibilities:

Offer support to Marketing team for various initiatives and projects
Support local event organization and reporting (communication with 3rd party agencies, populating contract templates, POs and invoices, follow-ups)
Congress support for Marketing team initiatives – Local/ International
Support preparation for Cycle meetings
Supporting preparation and approval of promol materials – communication with agencies, regular check and exp. validation, storage and tracking
Support marketing department in execution marketing activities in the company, closely monitoring action plans implementation

We need you to have:

Bachelor's degree or specializations with a focus in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field.
2 years of previous experience in the field of Marketing (with preference: pharmaceutical industry).
Good understanding of marketing principles.
Exquisite communication and people skills.
Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach.
English language skills.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software, and online applications (Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools, Online analytics, electronic platforms, registers, and monitoring, etc.).
