- Sales & Portfolio Management
- Manage and optimize a designated product portfolio in alignment with sales goals.
- Analyze and act on sales performance across multiple European marketplaces.
- Ensure margin control and SKU-level profitability in line with commercial strategy.
- Cross-functional Coordination
- Work daily with product management, supply chain, and marketplace teams to ensure product readiness, pricing accuracy, and availability.
- Coordinate with the SIKO product team to align on group strategy, lifecycle planning, and long-term portfolio curation.
- Strategic Execution
- Execute the new joint product management process across Livea and SIKO.
- Support testing, onboarding, and roll-out of new products adapted to different platforms and countries.
- Contribute to the strategic roadmap for assortment growth.
- Market Intelligence
- Provide insights based on customer feedback, competition, and market trends.
- Monitor marketplace algorithm changes, seasonal demand, and promotional windows to guide product strategy.
- French and English – Fluent (both written and spoken) – required
- Czech – an advantage
- 3–5 years of experience in product sales, category management, or account management in home improvement or consumer goods.
- Strong understanding of online marketplace dynamics and performance KPIs.
- Experience working with SAP or comparable ERP systems.
- Proven ability to collaborate across departments in fast-moving or evolving organizations.
- Analytical skills and a business-oriented mindset.
