- Develop and maintain excellent professional relationships with existing clients
- Conduct targeted headhunting to identify and approach suitable candidates, even those currently employed
- Leverage the candidate database to pair the right individuals with clients’ vacancies
- Manage the end-to-end application process, from reviewing applications to coordinating interviews and creating candidate shortlists
- Provide comprehensive briefings to candidates about job responsibilities, salary, and benefits
- Prepare resumes and correspondence for submission to clients
- Facilitate interviews for candidates as per client requests
- Communicate interview results to candidates
- Negotiate pay and salary rates, finalizing arrangements between clients and candidates
- Offer valuable advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training opportunities, and career progression
- Work diligently to meet and exceed targets related to candidate placements, billed client values, or generated business leads
- Showcase 18-60 months of successful experience in recruitment for Pharma/Healthcare industry on the French market as a contractor (e.g. agency, RPO etc.)
- Possess excellent communication and customer service skills in C1 German language (Swiss is accepted) and C1 English language
- Exhibit strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Maintain a confident and positive attitude
