You’ll take ownership of data-driven process improvement projects — from analysis to implementation — using cutting-edge process mining tools.You will:
- Analyze and optimize core and support processes to uncover inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation potential
- Gather, cleanse, and prepare event log data from multiple source systems to ensure excellent data quality
- Build compelling data visualizations and meaningful dashboards using Celonis, Process Intelligence, and related analytics tools
- Collaborate closely with clients to design, implement, and roll out process improvements (e.g. in supply chain, logistics, finance)
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to communicate insights and share best practices
- Gain cross-industry exposure — from manufacturing to tech, retail, and beyond
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, or a comparable field
- Strong analytical mindset and structured approach to solving complex problems
- Hands-on experience with Python and SQL
- Ideally first experience with process consulting or process mining tools (Celonis, Signavio, UiPath, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical findings into business value
- Fluent in German and English (C1 level)
