👫 Who we’re looking for: A curious React developer who likes bringing new ideas to the table, collaborates with the product team, and loves challenges.🌍 Where? Ideally Brno, or remotely from Czechia.🗓️ When? January 2026.🏹Stack? React, Typescript, Javascript, our back end is running on Kotlin and Python.ABOUT THE ROLE
  • As a Frontend developer, you will be joining a team responsible for building Ad Creatives management tool for Meta, Snapchat and TikTok advertising channels.
  • You will be working on the application that is making marketing efforts of big enterprise ecommerce companies much more efficient and successful.
  • You will work on the frontend of the ROI Hunter application, building new pages and improving existing ones, including our own web-based image editor.
  • We try to get as much as we can from the best React concepts/features (functional components, hooks, component lifecycle, rendering etc.) to keep our platform running smoothly.
  • You will be following the Shape-up method with us, so if you’re looking for cross-team collaboration, inventing new ideas, and turning old structures into sustainable solutions, we are the right choice for you.
  • We always welcome your ideas and suggestions for improvement. You’ll find a supportive team and plenty of opportunities to learn and develop.
ABOUT YOU
  • You are a self-starter who enjoys building things that people actually use.
  • Ideally, you are based in Brno (so we can meet in person sometimes), but remote work is also possible.
  • You are genuinely enthusiastic about development. React is your home, but you are not stopping there. You want to understand how it all works!
  • You are as passionate about using AI tools in development as we are. We encourage using AI to boost our efficiency and free up energy for solving the most critical parts of our codebase.
  • If you have experience with back end (Kotlin, Python) it would be a great plus.
  • You care about quality and like to understand how things fit together, but you can adapt. Sometimes a quick prototype is exactly what’s needed.
  • You want to stick around and become a part of ROI Hunter, growing with us over the next few years.
  • You will work in Czech or Slovak within the team; however, English is required for the codebase and documentation.
  • You’re curious, collaborative, and open to feedback. We don’t micromanage, so you should enjoy taking ownership and learning new things along the way.
