- Responsibility for 4p´s strategy implementation with special focus on recommended assortment, recom. promotions, recom. planogram and KPI´s in stores (distribution, flyer and secondary placement share, promotion location, shelf share and quality).
- Responsible for achieving strategic objectives per customer: Market Shares, NR, COP, Gross Margin, NWC
- Building long-term partnership with the customer
- Manage completely trade spending: contract trade terms and promotional investments
- Managing customer negotiations in relation to RB commercial strategy customer trading terms
- Implementation and ongoing management of the category strategy per customer drive and support customer and shopper marketing colleagues
- Continuous improvement in the management of the account by identifying opportunities, profitability and improvement of categories
- Preparation of Sales forecast (short term)
- Drive forecast accuracy (KPI)
- Analyzing key data: market shares turnover, listing, promotional plans, placement targets, ROI on Trade investment
- Day to day activities management: administrative responsibility, sending POS materials or samples, preparing customer specific activity proposal and accurate internal feedback to Kams Support Team of the promotional plan/calendar in the requested lead time.
- FMCG experience in Trade Marketing/ Marketing/ Sales and Key Account Management
- Educated to minimum bachelor's degree level ideally in a business related subject - from a recognized university
- Highly analytical and numerate
- Experience of influencing and engaging in senior management in own customer organisations
- Leader, advanced strategic thinker, smart, driver, with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to think outside the box
- Results oriented, enterpreneuiral and self-motivating
- Leadership and interpersonal skills capable of contacting lead buyers
- Strong commercial understanding of business issues/ opportunities
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategy and planning issues
- Fluency in either Czech or Slovakian language is required
- Fluency in English is essential
- Valid driving license
- Strong sense of urgency and achievement
- Internationally mobile
