You will work closely with Account Executives on high-value opportunities, leading discovery, solution design, and value-based demos to help customers evaluate Wrike effectively.This role combines strong technical expertise, business understanding, and customer focus. You will act as a trusted advisor to prospects and internal teams, help shape our product direction by bringing in the voice of the customer, and support strategic initiatives across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Partners.Your Impact:Lead technical discovery sessions and turn business needs into effective Wrike solutionsBuild custom, technically robust demos that may involve integrations with ERP, DAM, BI tools, and AI toolsManage proof-of-concept processes and technical evaluations to support successful sales outcomesDeliver clear, compelling, value-based presentations to stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executivesPartner with Account Executives on strategic account planning and expansion opportunitiesAct as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for customers and internal teamsPromote Wrike's value and market position both internally and externallyMentor junior team members and support internal enablement initiativesWork cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Partner teamsStay up to date on market trends, competitors, and Wrike product capabilitiesSupport customers in the DACH region with strong cultural understanding and native-level GermanYour Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience8+ years of experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or a similar technical sales roleStrong customer-facing experience, including leading presentations and handling objections effectivelyExpertise in enterprise applications, cloud and on-premise architecture, system integrations, and securityStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tell a clear and persuasive storyAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities at onceProven ability to design creative, scalable solutions for complex customer needsExperience with integration methods, including APIs, orchestration, and automationWillingness to travel within the region and work flexible hours when neededDeep understanding of the DACH market and fluency in GermanStandout Qualities:Experience with project management, marketing, professional services, or IT solutionsFamiliarity with sales methodologies such as Challenger, MEDDICC, or Solution SellingExperience working in SaaS or startup environmentsHands-on experience with enterprise automation and productivity platformsTeam Dynamics:You will work closely with Account Executives and partner with teams across Product, Marketing, and Partnerships.
