Lead Electronics Engineer

- Preparing technical specifications and documentation, supporting continuous process improvement
- Lead and coordinate the electronics development team from RFQ (Request for Quotation) to SOP (Start of Production)
- Manage the design of electronic modules such as control units, power supplies, and LED drivers
- Plan and monitor projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
- Ensure development complies with automotive standards (ASPICE, ISO 26262, ISO/SAE 21434)
- Serve as the main technical contact for customers and suppliers
- Coordinate collaboration between mechanical, optical, and electronics Teams
- Participate in testing electronic components (EMC, thermal, lifetime, functional tests)
- University degree in electronics or mechanical engineering
- 3 - 5 years of experience on similar position within international team
- At least 1 year of experience with planning and managing projects
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- Knowledge of electronics technologies
- English on intermediate level (B2) - ability to communicate with customers and in an international team
- Knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Project)
