- Build and strengthen the DEKALB silage image in the market, positioning the portfolio as a leading solution for dairy and meat producers;
- Create and edit expert articles for agricultural media and develop engaging content for social media channels (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn) to communicate silage value;
- Clearly translate product performance into impactful farm outcomes, including energy per hectare, milk yield and meat performance, and communicate these benefits to customers and partners;
- Provide technical support and training to internal teams, distributors and farmers, and represent the company at key industry events and conferences;
- Establish and maintain long-term strategic relationships with milk factories, feed producers, machinery companies and silage-enzyme suppliers to expand the silage ecosystem;
- Support the Corn Crop Marketer in building the long-term product portfolio strategy for the silage segment and in developing and expanding the internal and external trial network (SBS/Demo);
- Analyze and ensure silage quality at farm level and support dairy producers with specialized technical knowledge and recommendations;
- Lead the development of complementary services and engagement programs for the silage offer and engage directly with large dairy farms to drive adoption and sales;
- Identify and build new sales channels for silage hybrids, and, where volume justifies, help establish a dedicated distributor channel for silage hybrids;
- Organize and ensure execution of SBS/Demo events focused on dairy farmers and conduct regular team meetings to support CFS and VPS, evaluate performance and secure collective success across CZ & SK;
- Support Field Marketing and the Business Enablement Lead in developing sales effectiveness strategies for the silage segment and deliver sales targets for silage corn while contributing to broader Corn & Crop Protection portfolio KPIs;
- Develop new channels for silage hybrids and manage an overall business responsibility of approximately 6 million euros.
- Background in animal nutrition (preferred) and strong understanding of the meat and feed market;
- Several years of industry experience in agriculture, feed, livestock, or a closely related field, ideally with exposure to silage or ruminant production systems;
- Proven ability to build and manage relationships with key stakeholders such as milk and meat industry partners, distributors and large farms;
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify market potential, develop new sales channels and drive adoption of innovative silage solutions;
- Team player mindset combined with the ability to work independently and proactively, taking ownership for results across Czech Republic and Slovakia;
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, outcome-oriented messages for farmers and industry partners;
- Proficiency in Czech and English and willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory in CZ and SK.
