Here, we feel empowered, supported, and inspired to grow.Are you ready to love your job?ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAMAs a Senior Technical Analyst specializing in EDI/Peppol integration, you will act as a key expert within IS Finance, Legal & Corporate Services (FLCS), reporting to the IS Senior Application Manager (Billing application). You will ensure that data seamlessly, standard compliancy, integration reliability, data integrity and securely flows between our internal finance platforms (e.g., AP/AR, Billing, ERP) and external partners, Peppol infrastructure, and/or government e-invoicing systems.This role blends business understanding, technical integration, and technical regulatory compliance around electronic invoicing projects with close guidance from Digitalization manager. You will support the full lifecycle from requirements discovery, technical design, implementation, testing, onboarding, and production support.WHAT YOU’LL DO1. EDI/Peppol Technical Integration & Onboarding

Act as the primary technical guide & reference for all EDI/Peppol integrations (APIs, mappings, message flows).
Design and maintain functional mappings (XML/JSON) aligned with Peppol BIS and EN 16931.
Analyze customer/supplier Peppol requirements and assess impacts on AP/AR, ERP, and finance systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
Support onboarding to the Peppol network, including Access Points (AP), SMP interactions, and directory management.
Ensure robust end-to-end flow monitoring and contribute to continuous service improvement.

2. Compliance & Regulatory Readiness

Ensure all business documents (Invoices, Purchase Orders) compliance with Peppol Business Interoperability Specifications (BIS, EN 16931standards), syntax rules, and country-specific mandates.
Contribute to e-Invoicing initiatives, including regional mandates such as KSeF (Poland) and other European e-Invoicing requirements.
Support certification activities and regulatory audits involving Peppol or local e-Invoicing frameworks.

3. Technical Analysis, Testing & Troubleshooting

Perform deep technical analysis into JSON payloads, XML files, and API logs, and error reports to diagnose and resolve transaction failures.
Conduct root-cause analysis and resolve complex integration issues with IT, ERP teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
Test and validate e-Invoicing platforms, API integrations, and end-to-end scenarios to ensure data quality and system reliability using Python, SQL or any other tools.

4. Stakeholder Engagement & Documentation

Act as a single technical reference on e-Invoicing or EDI usage across Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
Actively involved on workshops to define integration requirements, technical impacts, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
Produce and maintain documentation: technical specs, integration guides, process flows, and user manuals.
Communicate clearly and effectively across both technical and non-technical audiences in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications:ABOUT YOUR SKILLS

Minimum 6 years of experience as a Technical Analyst in integration, e-Invoicing, or EDI projects.
Deep knowledge of EDI standards and technologies (Peppol, EDIFACT, EANCOM, TRADACOMS, XML, JSON).
In-depth understanding of Peppol protocols, including Access Points (AP), Service Metadata Publishers (SMP), and the Peppol Directory.
Experience working with certified Peppol Service Providers or VAN operators.
Extensive experience with XML, JSON, and RESTful APIs, system integrations, and ERP-EDI mappings.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban), SDLC, and ITIL.
Ability to manage multiple parallel priorities and projects.
University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Fluent in English.
