Popis poziceWe are looking for an experienced Java Developer to design, develop, and enhance software solutions that support the organization's business and technology needs. The candidate will contribute to projects involving critical technical deliveries, regulatory initiatives, and platform improvements based on product team or user requests.Key Responsibilities:Develop and deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software using modern programming languages, frameworks, and tools.Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.Participate in code reviews and promote a culture of knowledge sharing and code quality.Apply secure coding practices to protect sensitive data and prevent security risks.Implement effective unit testing and other practices to ensure code readability, reliability, and maintainability.Stay updated on technology trends and actively contribute to technical communities.PožadavkyRequired Technical Skills:Java SE 8+: including JDBC, multithreading, messaging, XML processing.OOP and Design Patterns: strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and database fundamentals.Frameworks: Spring, Hibernate, or other J2EE technologies.Preferred Skills:Middleware (MQ, JMS), web services (SOAP, REST API).Linux/UNIX systems and scripting.DevOps practices, version control, unit/integration testing, continuous integration, and release management.Assistant Vice President Level Expectations:Provide advice on complex issues and support leadership in resolving escalated situations.Identify and mitigate risks, develop internal policies and procedures.Coordinate work across teams and functions to achieve business and strategic objectives.Analyze complex data from multiple sources to find effective solutions.Communicate complex information clearly and influence stakeholders to achieve outcomes.Benefity
