- Effective communication and relationship-building capabilities
- Proven sales expertise and financial acumen to drive profitability
- Operational management experience ensuring efficiency and compliance
- Customer service excellence with a focus on delivering premium experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or Luxury Brand Management
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in international retail management, preferably multi-site
