Your primary tasks in this position will include:Front-line support for carriers to assure trouble-free self-billing processCommunication with customers and assisting in case of inquiries in a solution-oriented mannerClaims handling and clarifying discrepancies with carriers and other service providersTransportation cost analysis and direct reporting to internal and external stakeholdersIdentifying trends, anomalies, and potential process improvements based on dataFurther development of freight management processes and alignment of processes across teamsWhy you belong at 4flowRelevant practical experience in the financial or transportation sector with a focus on excellent customer serviceBachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or a related field of study or apprenticeship with relevant experienceSolution-oriented and detail-oriented worker with an ability to communicate effectivelyAnalytical mindset and ability to work with large datasets to identify patterns and derive actionable insights.Excellent command of MS Office, particularly Excel and good communication skills in English (German would be beneficial)You are interested in the field of logistics and enjoy working in a dynamic and international environmentWhat we offerBe part of an award-winning and international company that offers a vibrant corporate culture and excellent individualized training opportunities for your personal development.
