You light the way.More about the roleAs a Quote & Support support, you will be responsible for supporting our End Users and Key Account Managers. You will provide support in the quote and tender preparation phase as well as the order and delivery process.You will also have sales support tasks to help you learn more about our sales process and meet real customers with the ultimate goal to develop into one of our sales roles in the future.We’re on the lookout for forward-thinking innovators with a passion for innovation, a commitment to continuous learning, and a vision to become a successful sales professional in the future. Support the sales team in quote and order phase: prepare quotes , including the creation of luminaire specifications and configurations.
Communicate the quotes with the customers and handle customer inquiries
Manage the preparation of tender documentation and the submission of offers in collaboration with the sales team.
Monitor the plan of delivery
Support the sales team with sales process: sales funnel analysis, ordering process, manage the list of quotes and orders and price lists of our partners, in CRM system
Cooperate within Signify cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales Specialists, Channel/End User Marketing, Product Marketing, Order Desk, Quote Support, Proposal Management, LiAS, Project Management, Customer Satisfaction etc.)
Research the market for potential new partners, specifiers and installers
Active management of the specifiers database
Preparation of the sales materials
Customer and vendor creation management
Tender list monitoring
Small account management

Your qualifications

Bsc / Msc Degree, preferable engineering or business management
Technical background with interest in new technologies
Driven by commercial activities and sales with a strong desire to grow career in sales domain i multinational environment
Client centric attitude
Willingness to learn and to aspire to a sales position within our team
You are a strong commuicator ad team player, enjoy collaboration with various teams accross coutries
2+ years of working experience in a similar position as an advantage, but not a must
CZECH and ENGLISH is a MUST

You are skilled in using computers and software. You are keen in using new applications and tech-savvyYou want to work on your communication and presentation skills both in Czech and English. You are an active listener with questioning skills, a problem solver with the ability to win the seat at the right tableOur candidate profile is just a guide.
