- Strategic purchasing support - supporting the Regional Buyer in strategic planning and participation in annual price negotiations (PPV, price negotiations).
- Price and invoice management - maintaining price data and resolving price differences and invoice discrepancies.
- System and master data management - creating and maintaining parts and supplier master data in ERP systems (e.g. SAP) while ensuring process compliance.
- Supplier management and analysis - conducting price and MOQ inquiries, analyzing quotations, monitoring supplier performance and risks, and supporting the global supplier strategy.
- Audit and project support - preparing and supporting local audits and participating in cross-functional purchasing projects and process improvements.
- Several years of professional experience (in the field of purchaising is preferred).
- Very good PC skills, especially Excel and Word.
- Good English skills (spoken and written).
- Planning & organizational skills.
- Confident appearance, negotiation skills, resilience, assertiveness, and willingness to travel.
- This position is limited to two years (maternity leave compensation).
