Responsibilities:As our new sales representative, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth in the market—connecting with key players, closing complex solution deals, and building long-term strategic relationships. Your mission is to drive sales, deepen customer trust, and represent CCR’s best-in-class technologies.What You’ll Be Doing:Identify and develop new business opportunities with industrial customers and partnersMaintain and grow existing client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored refrigeration/HVAC solutionsPromote and sell complex technical solutions, including full-scale refrigeration projectsConduct regular customer visits across Czech RepublicLead negotiations, create commercial offers, contracts, and calculation sheetsWork closely with the management team to develop and execute strategic plansProvide market intelligence and insights to support business development effortsMaintain sales statistics and documentation in line with internal processes Qualifications:
University degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related technical field
Proven experience in technical B2B sales, ideally in the refrigeration or HVAC industryTrack record of success in refrigeration solution sales, preferably within an international matrix organizationStrong knowledge of the Czech market, with fluency in English and Czech/SlovakSolid technical understanding of cooling technologies and how to communicate their valueExcellent negotiation and communication skills, with a talent for building trust and long-term customer relationshipsProactive, results-driven mindset with a “play to win” attitudeStrong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skillsAble to work both independently and as part of a collaborative sales & engineering team
