Job Purpose:Provide an excellent customer experience through full ownership of all sales administrative tasks including the accurate and timely processing of sales orders and directly interacting with Customers, Account Managers & any relevant internal departments.Responsibilities:Ownership of any customer related administration including the use of Portals, customer feeds and back order managementEnsure all orders/ amendments/ reports are actioned within agreed SLA’s, providing an exceptional level of service to the customerDevelop strong and professional relationships with Customers, Account Managers & any relevant internal departmentsTake responsibility for ensuring any escalations are dealt with in a timely and effective mannerTake on any other duties as requested by their line manager to support the sales function to achieve agreed KPI’sKnowledge Skills and Experience:Fluent in Czech (native level) and proficient in EnglishStrong attention to detailProcess driven & results orientatedCustomer focusedExcellent organization skillsEffective time management and prioritizing skillsNumerateExcellent telephone mannerExcellent communication skillsExcellent customer relations skillsSAP R3 (preferable)Working knowledge of Word, Excel, OutlookWhat We Offer:Hybrid work model with 2 days in the office and 3 days at home.Personal and professional growth with our commitment to continuous learning and structured progression plans.Comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, paid leave, retirement plans, and more.Join us on this exciting journey, where every day presents new challenges and opportunities for growth!"At TD SYNNEX, we embrace diversity and promote equal opportunities.
