- Monday – Friday | 09:00 – 18:00
- Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling to identify new business opportunities
- Generate and qualify high-value B2B leads in the German market
- Engage decision-makers and introduce digital solutions
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients
- Work closely with account executives and sales teams to convert opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of activities and prospects in CRM systems
- Apply structured lead generation and qualification methodologies
- C1/C2 German (mandatory)
- English B2 or higher
- Minimum 2 years of cold-calling sales experience
- Strong knowledge of business development and lead generation strategies
- Experience in tech, SaaS, or digital advertising environments is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment
- Base Salary: €2,198.56 / month (×12)
- Quarterly Bonus: €1,537.20
