- Own and maintain the AP operating system: SOPs, SLAs, RACI, escalation rules,control points
- Drive a performance cadence: define KPIs (with data sources), publish dashboards, and run regular reviews
- Lead root-cause improvement: analyze exception data (IPO/NPO/GR), prioritize initiatives, and track benefits
- Build and manage the Continuous Improvement pipeline: identify quick wins, standardize solutions, ensure adoption across sites
- Partner with IT/Procurement/Business on workflow and automation enablement (routing logic, case taxonomy, reason codes)
- Ensure audit readiness and control effectiveness (documentation, evidence, segregation of duties where relevant)
- Support change adoption: training materials, playbooks, knowledge base, and coaching for AP team members
- What success looks like (first 6 months)
- One standard AP playbook (SOPs, RACI, SLAs) implemented and used
- KPI dashboard and monthly governance in place and driving actions
- Clear reduction in top exception drivers and measurable productivity improvement
- 5–8+ years in AP/P2P in SSC/BPO, with a strong focus on process excellence / governance / controls / transformation
- Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements (exceptions down, touchless up, cycle time/backlog down)
- Strong analytical skills (comfortable turning data into actions and stakeholder commitments)
- Experience building process documentation (SOPs, process maps, SIPOC) and running governance routines
- ERP knowledge (Oracle/SAP/Dynamics) plus workflow/case management understanding
- English + Czech (min. B2)
- Strong stakeholder management: you can align Business/Procurement/AP on ownership and actions
- Lean / Six Sigma (or equivalent CI methods)
- Experience with AP automation platforms (OCR, workflow, RPA)
- Polish language
