Senior Electronic Trading Developer - hardcore server-side C# / .Net developerMain key words: Electronic trading/ OOP / C# / .Net / algorithms / multithreading / server-side /Electronic Trading IT team is based in Prague and delivers award winning trading solutions for Equities, Commodities and FX electronic trading desks in the investment bank. The team develops and maintains cross-asset electronic trading platform, trading GUIs and algorithmic trading strategies.Role Purpose

Discuss requirements with traders and other developers
Develop Electronic Trading Platform and tools for algorithmic trading
Continually learn and improve knowledge of Electronic Trading business
Maintain existing systems (both C# and C++) and suggest ways to incorporate new technologies

Key responsibilities:

Discuss business and technical requirements with other team members
Design and develop efficient and robust solutions using the best practices of OOP
Ensure appropriate code coverage and level of quality
Continuously develop business knowledge and technical skills
Optimal time management and ability to meet deadlines
Demonstrate ownership and responsibility for own decisions

Experience, skills and qualifications required:

Master degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience - advanced understanding of algorithms, computational complexity, advanced data structures, Professional level of English language and very good communication skills
Great knowledge and experience in C# / .NET - hardcore server-side programming, highly multi-threaded (or multithreaded :)) environment,
Good understanding of OOP and design patterns
At least basic knowledge of C++ is highly advantageous, but not necessary
