We are seeking a skilled Senior SAP HANA Developer to join our team at a global leader in semiconductor manufacturing and high-tech innovation. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining cutting-edge data models, pipelines, and backend solutions to support complex business processes and analytics needs in manufacturing, engineering, and operations environments. If you are passionate about data optimization, scalable systems, and delivering high-impact data solutions, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and optimize SAP HANA native models, such as Calculation Views, CDS Views, Stored Procedures, and SQLScript to support backend data processing and aggregationsBuild and maintain efficient ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from SAP and non-SAP systems, including SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and other third-party sourcesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable data flows and data architectures, enabling robust analytics and operational reportingDevelop end-to-end data workflows, ensuring high data quality while identifying and resolving data discrepancies through monitoring and troubleshooting processesWork alongside frontend teams to enable real-time insights and interactive dashboards via SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and other visualization toolsSupport and enhance business processes with custom analytics, KPI tracking, and actionable insights, all powered by SAP HANA backend solutionsOptimize data processing performance for large datasets and complex workflows, leveraging SAP HANA in-memory database capabilitiesContribute to cross-team projects by working collaboratively with engineers, business analysts, and solution architects to gather requirements and deliver high-quality, tailored solutionsActively participate in Agile (SAFe) workflows, including sprints, planning, and retrospectives, while delivering incremental value to stakeholdersDocument and maintain technical best practices, processes, and knowledge sharing for key SAP HANA solutionsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field5+ years of experience in SAP HANA development or equivalent roles in the SAP spaceProven expertise in SAP HANA native modeling, including strong hands-on experience with Calculation Views, CDS Views, Procedures, and SQLScriptExperience in designing and maintaining ETL workflows and data pipelines, with specific experience in SAP environments like HANAFamiliarity with the integration of SAP systems such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, or other legacy systems into data workflowsExpertise in data performance optimization, database tuning, and ensuring scalability for large-scale datasetsExperience working in SAP BW environments is a plus, including familiarity with InfoObjects, DSOs, Process Chains, and data transformationsStrong understanding of data architecture principles and hands-on experience with SAP Web IDE and BW/4HANA toolsProficiency in Agile methodologies and the use of collaboration tools like Jira and ConfluenceExcellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills, with a collaborative mindsetNice to haveBackground in the manufacturing or engineering industries, especially in areas such as quality assurance or supply chain analyticsExperience with SAP Datasphere, SAP Data Intelligence, or related modern SAP integration toolsKnowledge of advanced visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI in addition to SACWe offer/Benefits
