- Fluent Czech and Slovak, upper intermediate English

- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
- Experience in customer service
- Experience with CRM systems
- Fixed schedule, Monday to Friday 9am–5pm CET
