- Drive business development and growth through collaboration by leveraging Visa capabilities, resources, services, and products.
- Work with clients to identify new and ongoing requirements, introducing new products and services as appropriate
- Strong commercial acumen with financial and business analytical skills.
- Passion for innovation and technology, especially fintech and payments.
- Excellent knowledge and experience in the payments industry and financial services.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for liaising with multiple stakeholders at different levels.
- Proven influencing, selling, and negotiation skills.
- Result-oriented team player with strong client focus and communication skills.
- Ability to become a respected and valued partner at multiple levels within the client.
- Fluency in both Czech and English is critical.
