- Proven senior experience (10+ years) in finance, including at least 7 years in a comparable leadership role.
- Strong expertise in accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) with hands-on application in complex environments.
- Advanced experience in financial planning, forecasting, and large-scale budget management.
- Demonstrated ability to drive financial performance through KPI monitoring, reporting, and in-depth analysis.
- Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across the organization.
- Solid track record in cost management, capital allocation, and financial process optimization.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance, internal controls, and financial risk management.
- Experience leading and developing teams, with responsibility for both direct and broader organizational scope
- We currently work in a roughly 3 days from home, 2 days in the office mode,
