At the same time, our philosophy remains simple: we operate openly, creatively, and close to the people who create culture every day.💚 Your roleWe are looking to fill one Product Manager role: Mobile Apps. As a Product Manager, you'll contribute directly to our mission of connecting people with culture. You'll have the space to take ownership, shape processes, and make a meaningful impact in your area of expertise. You will have ownership of multiple products within the company and be responsible for developing and executing a product plan and strategy. You will collaborate with department leaders, UX designers, project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our products meet customer needs and exceed their expectations.What you'll do:

Develop and execute product plans and strategies for multiple products within the company

Own the product roadmap

Plan project releases and ensure timely delivery

Conduct recurring check-ins with department leaders to stay up-to-date on business needs

Educate employees on product features and benefits through presentations

Establish product metrics and analytics strategies

Research competition to stay ahead of industry trends

Participate in UX groundwork such as building personas, flows, segments, impact, etc...

Develop effective communication strategies to ensure all stakeholders are informed of product updates

Foster team development by delegating tasks effectively

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create visually appealing products

Communicate with engineers from both backend and frontend teams

🩷 What we're looking for:

Hands-on experience with product management in an agile environment, working day-to-day with Jira, Confluence, and discovery boards

Strong understanding of Kanban delivery, including prioritization, continuous flow, and story point estimation

Proven ability to translate business objectives into well-defined product initiatives, epics, and user stories

Clear business mindset with the confidence to own, justify, and advocate for business-driven product features using data and impact-based arguments

Ability to balance product discovery and delivery, aligning short-term execution with long-term product vision

Fluent communication skills in Czech and English (B2/C1)
