- Own P&L and balance sheet reviews with an analytical lens
- Support and partially lead month-end, quarter-end and year-end closings
- Deliver balance sheet analytics in collaboration with senior leadership
- Ensure account reconciliations are accurate, compliant, and timely
- Partner with business finance and help interpret variances
- Support audits (internal and external) and work closely with compliance
- Provide mentorship and onboarding support to new colleagues
- Contribute to and sometimes lead cross-functional finance projects
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in GL / Financial or Management Accounting
- Solid grasp of US GAAP and SOX (a plus, not a must)
- Deep understanding of GL processes, including P&L and balance sheet reviews
- Fluent English and French (spoken & written)
- Hands-on experience with SAP and Blackline is a plus
