  • Communicating with clients via phone, email and chat in German and English
  • Providing information and resolving customer inquiries
  • Working with internal systems
  • Collaborating with colleagues to continuously improve customer service
🎯Requirements:
  • Fluency in German (C1/C2) and very good command of English (B2/C1) - MUST HAVE!
  • Permanent residence in the Czech Republic
  • Experience in a call center is an advantage
  • Empathy and professional customer approach
  • Ability to learn new things quickly and adapt to changes
  • Time flexibility - work is organized in 2 shifts (morning and afternoon), including weekends and public holidays⏰
