As a member of our team, you will play an integral role in managing our benefits and compensation programs, contributing to the overall success and satisfaction of our employees.Duties and responsibilities include:Administering the organization’s benefits programsResearching and analyzing compensation and benefits policies and plans to ensure they are current, competitive, and legalConducting job evaluations to categorize and grade positions for appropriate compensationSupporting payroll process and local HR teamManaging and resolving compensation and benefits-related issues and questionsEnsuring compliance with regulatory requirements and professional standardsConducting and analyzing market and trends surveys to benchmark the organization’s benefits and compensation packagesPrepare excel data related to compensation and relevant analysis based on requestWhat We’re Looking For:Strong experience in HR, compensation, and benefits management.Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Excel and data management.A good understanding of local and international compensation laws and practices.Proactive problem-solving attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks.Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.A passion for creating a positive, fair, and rewarding employee experience.You are fluent in English and Czech.We offer:Contract is for an indefinite period of time
