- As a Software Developer, you will be an integral part of a team focused on developing modern automation technologies. Due to the nature of the work, which involves direct interaction with physical devices, this position is not fully remote and requires certain degree of on-site presence to interact with colleagues and devices.
- In addition to software development responsibilities, you might also take on DevOps-related or Cybersecurity-related tasks, including the setup and maintenance of project infrastructure. Your role will involve identifying inefficiencies and reliability issues within the software development lifecycle, monitoring system resources and services, software vulnerabilities, and ensuring seamless integration and operation of all components. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will collaborate closely with both the development team and the IT department.
- It is important to note that once the project infrastructure is established, the running project must adhere to corporate guidelines, ISO/IEC standards, and EU/US directives and regulations governing development and documentation practices. These standards are a fundamental part of our daily operations. Ultimately, we are developing medical devices, which are subject to strict regulatory requirements, and maintaining compliance is a critical aspect of our work.
- Master, or corresponding qualification in Informatics, Electronics, Mathematics, or Physics.
- Friendly and communicative person with English (and Czech) on professional level.
- You need to be very communicative, and independent, as well as team player.
- You cannot get discouraged when your requests will take long in corporate IT.
- You need to be developer who can set up infrastructure for team projects.
- Development focus (one of following two bullet points).
- Focus on .NET and C#/C++, WPF, Blazer, etc.
- The following would be a big advantage but is not mandatory: MCUs, C/C++, Qt, Yocto, Linux, etc.
- Other responsibilities.
- Scripting and Building like Bash/PowerShell, Python, Maven, Ansible.
- DevOps and CI/CD like Azure DevOps (Cloud, Git/Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts…).
