We encourage people to have ownership, make decisions and accept responsibility for them.WE ARE LOOKING FORWe are seeking a Junior Investment Analyst to join our team of analysts in our HQs office in Prague (Czech Republic).SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU
  • Analysis of investment opportunities in Excel, including cash flows, IRRs, sensitivity analysis.
  • Preparing investment memos and reports.
  • Collecting research data supporting the key underwriting assumptions (markets rents, growth rates, vacancies, cap rates etc).
  • Participating on the preparation of strategic corporate presentations.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE
  • University (min. Bc. degree) - Economics/Finance specialization.
  • Very good analytical skills.
  • Experience from a similar position (appr. 1 year).
  • Knowledge of MS Excel (advanced user).
  • Languages: Czech/Slovak - native or bilingual level, English - professional working level.
