ERP - Head of Delivery Manager (100-120 000CZK)

• Leading a team of ERP consultants and developers, setting the direction and driving the development of the department
• Managing and delivering ERP projects — from initial analysis through implementation to successful handover into operation
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients: managing expectations, explaining solutions, identifying opportunities, and ensuring high quality delivery
• Coordinating project activities, setting priorities, and managing team capacity
• Delivering practical, results-oriented solutions — we are looking for a leader who can effectively connect people, processes, and technology
• Contributing to solution architecture design, process improvements, and minor development specifications
• Collaborating across the organization to ensure solutions reflect real customer needs
• Taking the opportunity not only to manage current implementations but also to actively shape the future direction of the department and identify new areas where ERP solutions can add value

• Proven experience in team leadership — ability to develop people, set priorities, and create a high-performing team environment
• Hands-on experience with ERP implementations — from analysis to deployment, including coordination of consultants and developers and direct client communication
• Strong orientation in the IT environment — understanding of ERP architecture, basic database concepts (e.g., data structures, SQL logic), integrations, interfaces, and technical context; programming skills are not required, but the ability to communicate effectively with both developers and clients is essential
• Fluent Czech and good command of English (minimum B2 level)
• Knowledge of business processes (e.g., sales, manufacturing, finance, logistics)
• Strong commercial and presentation skills — you will be a trusted partner to our clients
• Ability to think things through in detail while maintaining a human, pragmatic approach
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel occasionally
