Popis pozice We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic candidates to join a fast-paced Payroll operations team. This is not just an average payroll position; it requires exceptional communication, problem-solving skills, and a passion for customer service.Job description:

Calculate and process payslips
Notify and follow up on any outstanding overpayments or receivables
Address and resolve customer inquiries related to overpayments and receivables.
Support employees by resolving their payroll-related queries.
Collaborate with various stakeholder teams to identify the root causes of overpayments or receivables and communicate these details to employees.
Partner closely with Payroll Operations to enhance the employee experience and improve the effectiveness of collections.

Contract for defined period with possibility of prolongation

At least 2 years of relevant experience in Payroll or AR Collections
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Proficiency in English and German
