We encourage people to have ownership, make decisions and accept responsibility for them.WE ARE LOOKING FORWe are seeking a Junior Group Reporting Specialist to join our Group Finance Team in Prague.This role will support the preparation and analysis of Group consolidated financial statements in line with IFRS and Group standards, while driving process improvements, automatization and supporting development of new reporting solutions.SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU

Monthly review of Group consolidated financial statements, including analysis of segment-level financial results and consolidation adjustments
Preparation of semi-annual IFRS consolidated financial statements, working closely with Group auditors
Active participation in improving the effectiveness of reporting processes
Implementation of new controls, using data visualization and BI tools
Daily support and close communication with local finance teams across 11 European countries

WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE

2-4 years of experience in Controlling & Reporting
Knowledge of accounting standards/IFRS
Advanced MS Excel
BI tool or Power apps knowledge would be an advantage
Analytical personality, ability to multitask, effective self-management
Strong communication in English
