Job DescriptionAre you ready to help us bring LEGO bricks to as many Kids in the Czech and Slovak market as possible? Bring your passion for the LEGO brand and help shape the future of play for the next generation of builders!Core Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership & Growth Delivery – Kids Audience (0–12)Define and drive the Kids strategy to deliver short- and mid-term growth ambitions (Y+1 and in-year)Own the Kids marketing investment model — budget ownership, trade-off decisions, and efficiency approachDrive Y+1 and in-year plans for the Kids audience and recommend direction and actions, Coordinate plans across 3 sub-audiences, simplify actions within the brand team (cross-audience campaigns, passion points, occasions) and propose plans in case of any challengeDefine the external IP framework and prioritization to improve impact on the Kids audienceConsolidate marketing assumptions for Kids and provide input into Demand PlanningTeam Leadership & People DevelopmentLead, coach and develop a small team of Brand Managers, each responsible for a specific Kids sub-audienceFoster a collaborative, high-performing team culture with a strong growth mindsetSupport team members in building their strategic and executional capabilitiesAct as a connector across the team to ensure alignment and consistency of the overall Kids agendaOwn Audience, Theme & Activation ResponsibilityDirectly own a selected Kids sub-audience, theme(s) and key activationsLead local deployment and amplification of global plans, ensuring strong localization and cultural relevanceIdentify risks and opportunities early and implement corrective actions to stay on trackPartner Management & RepresentationAct as primary point of contact for Consumer Groups leads – Kids and IPsSupport the Marketing Head within stream on internal and external deploymentRepresent the Marketing organization in cross-functional forums and external partner discussionsLead alignment across marketing, sales and supply teamsAct as a key connector to ensure end-to-end delivery of the Kids agendaCommercial & Portfolio OwnershipOwn portfolio strategy for Kids, selecting key drivers for communication and trade based on market potentialEnsure a strong link between marketing plans and commercial performanceMarketing Investment & PerformanceOwn and optimize the Kids audience marketing investment modelDrive effective allocation of resources with a clear focus on impact and efficiencyConsumer, Shopper & Market InsightLead deep understanding of Kids consumer and shopper behaviorTrack important metrics and drive performance-based actionsMonitor competition and translate insights into actionable strategiesInnovation & Continuous Improvement: drive a test & learn approach, pilot new initiatives and scale successful conceptsPlay your part in our team succeedingThe Senior Brand Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring we have winning, aligned brand strategies and plans to further build LEGO love among Kids consumers and shoppers. You will be key in recruiting new young fans to the LEGO brand, retaining existing ones, and driving consumer sales — while inspiring and growing the team around you.Do you have what it takes:Proven work experience in brand management or marketing within a branded goods company with strong brands, strong marketing expertiseStrong strategic mentality — ability to think long-term, connect the dots across audiences and translate strategy into actionable plans, good understanding of business drivers and how marketing contributes to growthLeadership potential — you may be at the beginning of your leadership journey, but you have a genuine aspiration to grow as a people leader and bring others along with youBudget management — experience developing, managing and optimizing marketing budgetsAnalytical skills — comfortable working with data, drawing insights and turning them into clear actionsExecution excellence — ability to combine critical thinking with strong delivery; plan, prioritize and follow throughConsumer & shopper understanding — experience with research, campaign evaluation and performance trackingClear and confident communication and presentation skills in CZ/SK and English#li-phApplications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
