Recommend wines that make guests smile with every sip.
Ensure every bottle is stored and served according to the highest sommelier standards.
Train colleagues to speak about wine with confidence and elegance.
Collaborate with the kitchen and F&B team on pairings and wine events.
Manage inventory, liaise with suppliers, and stay up to date with global wine trends.
Listen to guests, understand their preferences, and match them with the precision of a seasoned sommelier.

QualificationsWHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? The ideal candidate:

Holds a sommelier (WSET) certification or equivalent.
Speak fluent in Czech is must, also in German or English preferable.
Has experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant - a big advantage.
Knows wine inside and out: regions, vintages, varietals, trends - and can talk about it with passion and poise.
