Your core responsibility is to partner with internal customers, understand their business needs, shape Power Platform solutions, and lead the team to successful delivery.The role combines people leadership, solution design, and delivery coordination, with a strong focus on business value, predictability, and service quality.Key responsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a team of Power Platform developers.Manage demand intake, prioritization, and capacity planning.Partner with internal customers to understand business processes and requirements.Design and propose end‑to‑end low‑code solutions, incl. effort estimation, and delivery approach.Guide delivery, support escalations, and ensure solution quality.Apply practical governance and lifecycle principles to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.About the teamYou will join a team combining expertise in low‑code automation, data, and process improvement, with a strong focus on service excellence and continuous improvement. We deliver solutions that are practical, scalable, and business‑impacting.QualificationsProven experience in solution design and business analysis for application or automation solutions, preferably based on Power Apps technology.Ability to communicate with business stakeholders and translate needs into clear solution concepts and estimates.Experience leading or coordinating delivery teams (team lead, solution lead, pre-sale project lead etc.).Strong communication, stakeholder management, and structured thinking.Fluent English.Nice to haveExperience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).Understanding of low‑code architecture, integration concepts, and delivery governance.Background in application development, automation, or process transformation.Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience (e.g. IT, engineering, business, economics, process, or digital transformation).What’s in it for you?Join us to define the future of low‑code automation at scale: shape the team, set the standards, and influence how automation and smart solutions are delivered across ABB.
