Provide technical support and communicate with customers (phone, email, ticketing) Analyze and resolve technical inquiries and incidents, work with technical documentation Work with data in internal systems Prioritize requests and manage escalations Collaborate with Product Support, Development, Quality, and SSC teams Prepare required reports Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements What do we expect from you? German - for communication with native speakers English at a good level - company communication language Secondary or university education with a technical background Or experience in customer service in a similar role (a strong advantage) Excellent communication skills Reliability, attention to detail, thoroughness Ability to work independently, willingness to learn, and self-reflection Team spirit and cooperation What do we offer?
