- Provide daily support to all importers in Regions 3, 4 & 6 for creating new car orders, including troubleshooting, handling ad hoc inquiries, and acting as the main interface between the importers and PAG.
- Support the payment and logistics processes for new cars across all Region 3, 4 & 6 importers.
- Track order feasibility and coordinate with importers regarding potential order adjustments.
- Provide daily support to all importers in Regions 3, 4 & 6 for quota allocation and short term adjustments, acting as the primary interface between importers and the markets.
- Adjust the quota confirmations received from PAG to ensure a balanced distribution of demand and supply across all Region 3, 4 & 6 importers.
- Manage PVMS user accounts for all PCEE markets and Regional Office users.
- Process user access forms for PIA VP, VP Online, and PDSR.
- Conduct Sales Audits for the Order Bank and Gross Stock for every importer and dealer in the PCEE region in cooperation with an external agency.
- Coordinate the setup and agenda of the monthly sales-related exchange session with all importers in the PCEE region.
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the automotive sector, preferably in an international environment. Previous Porsche experience highly beneficial.
- Excellent IT skills, including MS Office (especially advanced Excel with VBA/Macros), Power BI, Tableau; experience with SAP, SQL, Deltamaster or similar systems is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional regional language skills (e.g., German, Turkish, Russian) are an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, accurate and well-organized working style.
- Strong conceptual and communication skills to manage interactions with regional stakeholders sensitively and effectively.
- Team-oriented yet independent and proactive working attitude.
- Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously in a highly dynamic and intercultural environment.
