- Lead, coach, and develop a regional team of Specialty Sales Representatives operating across multiple countries
- Own regional performance against sales, activity, and quality KPIs
- Implement national and regional strategies in line with partner objectives and portfolio priorities
- Drive consistent execution while allowing for appropriate local market adaptation
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Training, and Operations teams
- Monitor performance using CRM data and field insights, taking corrective action where required
- Support talent development, succession planning, and capability building across the region
- Ensure all activity is conducted in full compliance with local laws, partner requirements, and industry codes of practice
- Essential: Minimum 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical field sales (specialty / secondary care preferred)
- Essential: Minimum 2 years’ experience in field sales people management (leading a field team)
- Essential: Strong coaching, performance‑management and execution capability
- Essential: Ability to operate effectively in a matrix and across multiple stakeholders
- Essential: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in life sciences, business, or a related discipline
- Desirable: Experience in immunology, gastroenterology, or dermatology
- Desirable: Prior multi‑country / cluster leadership experience
- Must be legally qualified to work in the country of employment
- Fluent in the local native language and business‑level English
- Valid driving licence
- Ability to travel up to 70% of the time across assigned countries
