- Install, configure and maintain applications in the managed portfolio. Monitor application performance and ensure high availability and reliability. Perform regular updates and patches to keep applications secure and up-to-date. Manage application licenses and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
- Provide technical L2 support and troubleshooting assistance to application users. Respond to and resolve application-related issues/incidents in a timely manner. Document and track support requests and resolutions using a ticketing system.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate applications with other systems and platforms. Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between applications. Participate in the design and implementation of system integration projects. Management of certificates.
- Monitor application performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. Optimize application configurations to enhance performance and efficiency. Conduct regular performance testing and tuning.
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect applications and data. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Perform regular security audits and vulnerability assessments. Penetration test findings remediation,
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to application administration. Propose and implement improvements to application management processes. Contribute to the development of technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Effectively communicate with customers (primary focus), also with government authorities and suppliers to ensure smooth information flow.
- 3+ years of experience in application support, relevant University degree is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, DB viewer, Power shell.
- Windows server management is a plus.
- Czech/Slovakian native speaker, comfortable in an English-speaking environment.
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.
