You will be responsible for the operation, support, and continuous improvement of manufacturing IT systems, working closely with production, engineering, QA, and external vendors to ensure system reliability, compliance, and performance.Key responsibilitiesAct as a Technical System Owner for assigned manufacturing IT systems. Ensure daily operation, maintenance, and application support in a production environment.Continuous improvement of IT/OT services and manufacturing systems. Identify and implement solutions to improve performance, reliability, security, and user satisfaction. Coordinate IT/OT projects within production plants.Create, maintain, and update system documentation, SOPs, user guides, and validation documentation. Ensure compliance with GMP, GxP, and internal quality standards.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into IT solutions. Contribute to IT planning, budgeting, and prioritization aligned with business strategy.Support incident, problem, and change management processes. Ensure stable operation of manufacturing applications and interfacesSupport planning, design, and delivery of IT solutions. Ensure delivery of services in line with agreed service levels. Maintain IT security, quality, and compliance standards.Manage or support IT/OT projects to ensure successful implementation.
