- Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and company policies with clarity and professionalism.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints effectively to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and feedback within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions and enhance customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed and effective support.
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
- Experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach in assisting customers.
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is beneficial.
- Able to work independently in a remote setting while contributing positively to team efforts.
