  • Developing and implementing integrated local marketing and communication strategy based on regional Vehicle Lifetime Solution strategy
  • Planning and execution of marketing activities within the area of responsibility and dedicated markets and customers including campaigns, events, digital marketing ad PR in cooperation with the regional teams
  • Implementation of operational marketing and communication measures, KPIs and reporting
  • Working closely with Sales, Technical Services and Product management teams enabling them to meet their commercial objectives and to ensure that marketing and sales activities are coordinated
  • Initiate and implement marketing projects that offer the highest cost-benefit ratio as part of the company goals, participate in regional and global projects and initiatives
  • Cooperate with customers in dedicated market, plan and execute marketing projects in cooperation
  • Planning, steering and management of the dedicated budgets
  • Cooperation with various external service providers (e.g. marketing agencies) and steering of the services
  • Ensuring compliance and corporate governance with regard to laws, guidelines and standards within the area of responsibility
Your Qualifications
  • Several years of sales/marketing experience, preferably in industrial B2B companies or automotive aftermarket
  • Experience with work in international environment and virtual teams
  • Business-fluent English
  • Organizational skills with a high target orientation
  • Experienced in project and event management
  • High level of communication/presentation skills
  • High social competence in an international context
  • Willingness to travel
  • Valid work permit in Czech Republic at the moment of application
