- Deliver high-quality technical support to Dutch and Flemish-speaking customers via online communication methods.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve a variety of technical issues efficiently while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Provide clear and precise instructions to customers, guiding them through troubleshooting steps.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and issue resolutions within our support system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex problems and contribute to ongoing product improvements.
- Stay informed about product developments, service updates, and best practices in customer support to provide informed assistance.
- Fluency in Dutch or Flemish (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an asset.
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with online support tools and CRM systems is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia and experience a new culture.
