OverviewAbout the Role & TeamWe are seeking a Technical Product Manager to support the evolution of TechMatch and our digital products. This role focuses on the functional logic and technical execution required to integrate and scale our buyer tools within the broader company ecosystem. You will be a key bridge between business requirements and engineering delivery, ensuring our products are technically robust, scalable, and aligned with our enterprise architecture.What You’ll DoTechnical Integration & Migration:
  • Lead the functional efforts to migrate TechMatch from a standalone system into an integrated offering within the broader digital ecosystem.
  • You will own the logic for data interoperability and system alignment.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure the technical roadmap supports the overall product vision.
Roadmap & Vision Alignment:
  • Collaborate on the creation of the product roadmap, ensuring that technical dependencies and migration milestones are accurately represented.
Backlog & Prioritization:
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, including new features, technical debt, and defects, based on customer needs and system stability.
Design & User Experience:
  • Work closely with the UX team to design product features that are both user-centric and technically feasible within our architecture.
Engineering Partnership:
  • Collaborate daily with the development team and the Enterprise Solution Architect to ensure that product builds meet high technical standards and solve core customer problems.
Agile Execution:
  • Participate in all Scrum meetings and product sprints, monitoring and evaluating progress at every stage of the development lifecycle.
What You Bring
  • Systems Experience: 4–6 years of TPM experience, with a focus on platform integrations, data mapping, or system migrations.
  • Architectural Literacy: Ability to collaborate with Solution Architects on API design, system dependencies, and data flow logic.
  • Data Proficiency: Strong SQL skills and experience working with complex datasets to validate that product logic (like matching algorithms) is functioning correctly.
  • Process Rigor: Proven ability to manage the "nitty-gritty" of a technical backlog while maintaining a clear view of the broader project milestones.
